Information and identity records

Nexasphere collects information deliberately submitted through enquiries, service questionnaires, client records and partner applications. Partner review includes legal name, address, contact details and a National ID or passport copy. Identity files are access-controlled, are never placed in marketing content and are not attached to routine email.

Purpose and access

We use information to verify identity, assess applications, prevent duplicate or fraudulent records, protect client attribution, deliver services, calculate commission, communicate decisions and meet security, financial and legal obligations. Access is limited by job role and sensitive-file access is recorded.

Accuracy, retention and rights

You must provide current and accurate information. You may request correction, ask how information is used, or withdraw optional marketing consent through NexaDesk or the NSSA Building office. Contractual, fraud-prevention, financial and legal records may be retained where required. Nexasphere documents its obligations as a Zimbabwean data controller and will update this notice when processing changes.
